New Construction
Over the past 10 years Greif Properties has overseen the acquisitions of land for the development of four large mid-rise condominiums and over ten luxury single family homes.
Custom Single Family Homes
Greif Properties has designed and constructed multiple, upper-end, single-family homes in the suburbs of Chicago. These homes are located in the exclusive area known as the North Shore, with concentration in the cities of Wilmette , Winnetka and Evanston.
Luxury Condominiums
Through successful acquisitions, Greif Properties has redevelopment nine multi-family properties in Chicago totaling 162 units, for the purposes of converting these properties from rental units into “for sale” condominium units.
